Jokes or reality?

And some people say thatthe stereotypes are not based on any reality, there is no way that they may be true, they just exist to simplify and standardize the world around us for our worlview.
And that the jokes based on the typical meeting other nationalities and faicng their peculiar features of behaviour do not contain anything realistic...Hehe, I tried to believe in it, but this letter which I got in Facebook cannot be explained by previously mentioned statements:
